How Good to Book works

Activation

Activate integration

  1. Add Good to Book from the Mews Marketplace
  2. Login to Good to Book or become a member
  3. Activation complete, return to Mews PMS

Guest intel

Using Good to Book

  1. Create a new reservation as per usual
  2. Wait for the notification “✅ Guest is Good to Book” to appear
  3. If the notification reads “🚨🚨🚨 Is this guest Good to Book?”, open the note to see more details
  4. Click the link to view suggested guest incident reports on the Members Portal
  5. Once you have gathered sufficient intel, return to Mews

Incident reports

Report a guest incident

  1. To report a guest incident, open the guest booking
  2. Open tasks, click on the “report incident” link
  3. Complete the incident report and click submit
  4. Done! Return to Mews
